Tuesday’s Piece: FDA Recalls Certain Versions of Extended Release Metformin Due to NDMA Levels

Due to the increased levels of N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) found in extended release metformin, FDA recommends a voluntary recall of certain extended release versions of metformin.
